One look at these lovely, fruity cookies and I was in copy mode. I don’t have any Greek yogurt on hand, so I can’t have them today, but I will be making Peach Cobbler Cookies this week for sure. The recipe promises a soft and buttery hand-held cobbler, studded with fresh or canned peaches. I don’t see any reason why you couldn’t make blackberry cobbler cookies either. Yum!
