You’re going to need a special pan to make these but it’s going to be worth it. Personally, I love any excuse to go shopping for new baking supplies! It’s funny how Madeleines get to be categorized as cookies; they’re like little sea-shell-shaped sponge cakes. I’m glad they are considered cookies though because I can share them here! They’re easy to make and delicious little treats for brunch, with tea or as a hostess gift. Now, go get that Madeleine pan!
